Good Afternoon,
Although I have been using AVG products for many years now, I have just signed up to MyAccount. The issue that I am experiencing is to do with the Post Code as I want to update my personal information and the validation will not acknowledge my post code nor will it allow me to leave it blank.
Unfortunately in Gibraltar we do not have official post codes as you would expect (we are a very small 'country'), we do have one official post code which is used only internationally and is for the whole of Gibraltar, however AVG MyAccount will not accept that post code (GX11 1AA) nor will it accept 'N/A' or a blank entry.
I was trying to find a way to communicate with AVG support but I cannot for the life of me find my way round the Support Center, so I am hoping that I will get some help one way or another through here.
