POST Windows 10 conversion problems, (2)

Hello Keith,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I kindly request you to follow the instructions in the link http://avgread.me/1BlmDPv and let us know if the issue is resolved.

Thank you.

For an update, I discovered that the AVG Shredder is/was part of the AVG PC TuneUp program that I reinstalled.  Apparently my system reverted to a prior program during Windows 10 conversion, as I had the shredder before the conversion.
Secondly, the reinstallation of PCTuneUp was successful, as noted above, but the original problem re-occured when Mozilla-Foxfire updated it browser (the recommended read file in original response cited problems with Foxfire browser updates) and I just now had to do another un-install-reinstall, which again solved the difficulty.
I hope AVG will be addressing this problem with foxfire browser updates.  It's a pain having to do the reinstalls.

(1)  Following download of Windows 10, I have lost the AVG shredder in my recycle bin. How do I get it back?
I am running both Internet Security 2015 and PC Tune Up.
(2) Also following download of Windows 10…when I run One-Click Maintenance via PC Tune-up, when the program gets to 'Clean Windows and Programs' for analysis it runs there for several hours and then the program just quits.  It's done this three times.  Ideas, suggestions, solutions?

Your suggestion resulted in successful resolution.  I could not get an update.  I was told my program had all current updates.   Next I un-installed-re-installed AVG PC TuneUp, and the programs including the "One Click Maintenance" ran successfully.
Thank You.
Now, about re-obtaining the AVG Shredder in my Recycle Bin…any suggestions for that on?
