Many times AVG will give an incorrect security error.
This has been occurring for more than a year, across many websites/AVG versions & Firefox updates.
Currently using Windows 10 and Firefox 97 (Firefox is set to clear all cookies/information when closing).
EXAMPLE:
Open browser (Firefox) and in the URL type the website (e.g. shrepc)
Press CTRL + ENTER to auto-fill the URL
AVG display error message "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" giving the options to "Go Back" or "Advanced"
At this point close the browser.
Open the browser again.
In the URL link type "www.shrepc.com" and press ENTER
The website is displayed with no errors.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you for the response.
My assumption was that AVG was presenting the message because it happens in both browsers I use:
Firefox - version 97 (the browser used most of the time). Has been happening for many of the Firefox versions (at least 10)
MS Edge - version 98 (browser used occasionally). Since I do not use this browser often cannot say whether it has been happening in all versions

Also, regarding the other post for cleared applications in the Firewall.
ALL applications that were set to "Block" were cleared. Not a single one was left in the "Block" state.
There were over 50 applications.
MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/Reader, Steam, Brother Labels, WinZip
These are a few of the applications that were set as "Block" and were cleared.
Thank you for writing back to us, Tim.
