Powelik threat message every minute

I only have one log in and am the default admin. How do I NOT run as admin?

I am SO glad I did NOT follow your instructions! If you all had read what others were saying online, you would have known that there is an issue between Windows 10 and AVG. Well, my powelik came up because AVG was INTERFERING with my Windows 10 update (it is a big one). I pushed it through manually and guess what? No more powelik threat messages. I am SHOCKED you guys were clueless about this.

Hello Lee,
1. Download http://share.avg.com/steam/IKB/KillPoweliks.zip and extract it.
2. Execute the KillPoweliks.bat file under infected user (NOT run as administrator).
3. Reboot computer immediately.
Thank you.

Again, READ my previous post. Your "Tech support" is poor at best. my problem was caused by a Windows 10 AVG issue and the new Windows 10 update being blocked by AVG. I respolved the problem when MANUALLY putting the update through. Again… READ my last post in the thread and comprehend it.

I keep getting a threat removed message EVERY minute…It says it's a powelik. I would love to upload a screenshot, but to do that requires the picture being on a website? Yea, no.  How do I fix this?

Hello Lee.
Thank you for getting back to us. That exception is when you have multiple accounts. As you are only user, please go ahead and run the tool. Thank you.

Hello Lee,
We apologize if an AVG product and service  did not meet your expectations. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy.
AVG carefully monitors the quality of our products and the service we provide, therefore all feedback from our customers is important to us. If you have a specific experience with AVG products that you would like to share with us, we would appreciate hearing about it.
Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.
Thank you.

Hello Lee,

Thank you for sharing this valuable information.
We did suspect that Windows 10 update files would have caused this issue but however without any thorough analysis we can't give any confirmation to our customers, that is the reason we asked our customers to send the log files so that we can do a deep analysis and confirm that this issue is not with AVG.

This is what your Thursday email to me said and it was HIGHLY INACCURATE.
"We are from senior technical team, we have analyzed your log files and we could see that still the root files were not removed. So please get collected to us via remote session, we will be running a specialized removal tool to remove the infection. "
I was NOT infected and I knew of issues between AVG and Windows 10 from numerous articles as well as forums. PLEASE don't try and explain this away. This was 100% YOUR fail.
Your email below COMPLETELY contradicts what the email the above quote was from said. You were going to treat my PC as if it were infected and this NOT acceptable.
WHY would I want your product if you are LYING to your customers???

I was made to understand my problem is elevated and to expect an email from a higher team. When will that be? This is linked to an issue either with Office Mobile or Windows 10 update that came…from the timing.

Lee, we certainly understand your concern. We have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve your issue. Thank you.

Hello Lee,
Please accept our sincere and unreserved apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It is to keep you informed that our Senior level technician has found certain root files that might have caused the issue and that's the reason they have provided you with the remote support where they can analyze the issue and fix it or you so that you wont receive any popup's.
Thank you.

Why is Windows calling your fix a threat and blocking it? I am very uncomfortable with this. What did you do to cause this to begin with?
