AVG is preventing PowerPoint from working on files on a USB drive. If I turn AVG (free) temporarily off, then PowerPoint works fine. Any solutions please?
You are most welcome.
Glad to hear that your issue got resolved after reinstalling AVG program.
Thank you for posting back and letting us know about this.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
Have a great day!
I was unable to use the PowerPoint program nor could I start a slide show by clicking on a *.ppt or *.pps file.
However, re-installing AVG as you suggested did work. Thanks for you prompt reply, much appreciated.
