Prélèvements automatiques incompréhensibles

We could see that you have received the email notification regarding the charges that are going to be taken for AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp Multi-device subscription.
It seems that there is some issue with the card associated with the first purchase of these products. Hence, you received the email notification saying that the renewal couldn't be processed.
There are less chances for the transaction to go through if the card updater service is enabled by your bank.
Do you wish to check whether the charge is getting debited or cancel the auto renewal service and renewing it by contacting our sales team?

Votre  prélèvement  de 119.99 €  n’a pas pu être réalisé car la carte bancaire se terminant par …3391 a été désactivée !
J’ai, en effet, dû demander cette désactivation car je ne comprends rien à vos prélèvements automatiques suivants, sous l’intitulé « Dri avg Technologies order find », :

  • Le 15/03/18                                                 9.99 €
  • Le 07/09/19                                               44.99 €
  • Le 21/09/19                                               34.99 €
  • Le 05/10/19                                               34.99 €
  • Le 12/10/19                                               31.49 €
  • Le 14/10/19                                               29.88 €
  • Le 19/10/19                                               39.99 €
  • Le 11/12/19  prélèvement non effectué :  119.99 €

Pouvez-vous me préciser à quoi correspondent ces prélèvements, nature de la protection, durées et dates.
Car « AVG MyAccount me donne les renseignements suivants :
  • Antitrack, 2 dates de fin : 18/10/20 et 29/9/20
  • VPN                                      17/02/20
  • Driver updater, 2 dates    20/09/20  et  27/09/20
  • Internet security                20/12/19
  • Tuneup                                 21/09/22   (réclamation déjà traitée)
  • Pass word protection        29/02/20
 et je n’y comprend rien !
Pouvez-vous éclairer ma lanterne ?
Je suis prêt à régler internet security, avec une autre CB à condition qu’il n’y ait plus de prélèvement automatique et que ma situation soit éclaircie.
