AVG Tuneup is not working properly and will not clean my browser or junk files it states that they have been cleaned when I know they have not and the program will not do a rescan either, with the inevitable result that the machine is running slow and the memory is buffering interrupting video transmission  and the monitor (TV) speakers are not working only the computer's internal speakers.
