Prevent TuneUp from Sleeping app

Hi Ron,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We will check and help you with this issue.

It looks like you have put PowerPanel management app to sleep mode using AVG TuneUp while running the PC maintenance tasks. Please wake it up manually to resolve this issue.

Open AVG TuneUp, click Speed Up tile.
Click Background application and programs.
Scroll down to bottom to see the list of programs that were put to sleep.
Check if PowerPanel management app is listed and click 'Wake' against it.

Now verify if PowerPanel management applications are working fine. We recommend that you do not put the frequently used applications to sleep mode.
Thank you.

I have a UPS system on my computer, and the PowerPanel management app keeps being put to sleep by AVG, so it doesn't properly monitor the power conditions.

How can I prevent having that app put to sleep automatically by AVG TuneUp?

This particular app needs to NOT be put to sleep. It needs to run in the background.

How do I do that?

Thanks

Thank you for updating the status, Ron.

Thank you Sreenu,

I discovered this just after posting, but couldn't figure out how to delete the request.

I don't remember "sleeping" the program, but it may have been in a list of recommended apps to sleep, since I just installed TuneUp on a new PC.

I appreciate your answer.
Ron

I was talking about deleting my request for help.

I figured it out right after posting, but didn't know how to delete the post.

The problem is solved, and Sreenu was kind enough to answer the question as well.

Thanks to all.

Ron, please clarify whether you're referring to delete your community post or deleting the concerned app from sleep mode in AVG TuneUp.
If you've already wake the application, please restart your computer and check the status.
Thank you.
