I contacted AVG support and received an email from  Ranjani (Customer Support) replied to your question at 5:14 AM on 5/31/2019.  At the bottom of the reply was: To see the entire conversation, click: Wiped game settings | AVG.  I sent the requested screenshots and that was that. I googled the internet as well as avg support for https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9060N0000005Iz1-no result.  What is the procedure for using the support forum?
