Price Increase - no notification!

no point in sending me the email now, would have been nicer to have it prior to renewal!  I have opened the email you just sent me regarding the price increase, which I didn't receive before and there is a link to upgrade to Ultimate for free. However, when I click on this free upgrade it says that my licence has already been renewed, which I did yesterday, so does that mean that I miss out on the free upgrade now?

Just seen that my licence was renewed and I was billed, however, the price is nearly £7 dearer than last time, costing me over £46 in comparison with last years licence of £39.99. According to the Terms and Conditions that accompany a renewal, it states that I will be informed of any price increase and I wasn't told at all about this until you took the automatic payment from me.

I have the regular AVG Security program, but find I am paying almost the same price as the Ultimate AVG Security…can anyone clue me in as to what is happening please, because I'm confused!

Also I have an old computer that I had AVG installed on, and I want to cancel the licence for it, but not sure which licence I need to cancel as I have AVG installed on both my laptops, so how can I tell which licence is for which computer as it doesn't state it on the invoice? Thank you.
