Pricing of AVG Ultimate subscription

As a long time user of AVG I recently received an email from AVG advising me that I had successfully renewed my subscription to AVG Ultimate (multi-device). The annual licence fee quoted was $Aust 169.99. This compares with the licence fee for the previous year of $Aust 90.99. I am a single non-commercial user and, despite this, the email said I can use the product on 10 devices. Having not had a response from AVG to my email of 23 October in which I disputed the escalation in licence fee and multi-device status I visited the AVG website. The website does not allow for a simple free form enquiry such as mine. Instead a series of articles purports to answer a range of "typical" situations  none of which answered my simple question. Rather, some answers said I could immediately ask for a refund but that various functions would be immediately disabled. I have been satisfied with AVG  and want to continue to use it. Can't AVG provide for free form enquiries instead of trying to automate everything? A human being on a telephone can save customers  a lot of time wasting and save me having to decide whether I want to remain and AVG customer.
