If you suspect any potentially unwanted programs (PUP) on your computer, please check if the option to scan for PUP is enabled on AVG scans.
To check this : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Scans.
If the option is already enabled, you can try running a boot time scan using AVG program.
