Printcongfig.dll

Eve, did you try restoring the file(s) from the Virus Vault? Was that a behavioral detection by the Identity Protection component? (Identity Protection has never given me anything but false positives.) If you want to help others to avoid the same issue, then please report the false positive using this link: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-report-a-false-incorrect-detection

so today i had the lucky experience to get a prompt from avg to quarantine "printcongfig.dll"
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\X64\3\OLD\1\PRINTCONFIG.DLL". silly me  i allowed it to do so after a restart i then notice my "audio service is not running"… not need to drag this out but inadvertently after avg removed this file no matter what i did to try to correct the error nothing worked… i went to system restore… with little help it could not recovery the recover the DLL.  so i ended where i am… without the added stress i just decided to reboot my computer and back up everything… it was incredibly painful to have to do. i would definitely like to suggest other users to ignore this threat and take no action because it lead to a series of other errors occuring around the removal of it…while googling for solutions i found several other people had the same issues. this is my disclaimer for anyone googling hopefully they will come across this.
