Please open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile->"Change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".
Click on "Policies->System Rule->"Enable all the settings that are disabled".
Once this is done, check if you are able to connect to the printer.

I recently renewed my subscription and downloaded updated AVG with Secure VPN, TuneUp, and AntiTrack. I can no longer access my on-line printer. It comes up like always, with no error listing but simply doesn't print. Is it possible that these products are blocking access/sees it as an on-line threat?
