While my AVG VPN is "ON", my printer is "offline". If I turn off the VPN, my printer automatically becomes available. Any suggestions?

Please check if local device access is granted under the settings in AVG.
To check,Open AVG Secure VPN and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
Select General in the left and check for Local device access below the language option. Ensure that the Local device access is selected.
After enabling the local device access check the printer with VPN on.
