Has anyone else had problems getting their printer to work after an AVG tuneup? It happened a year ago after a senior tech tuneup and has happened again this week. (August 2024)
I had an HP printer working fine before the Senior Tech guy from AVG did a tuneup. The next day when I tried to print it didn't work.
Another Senior tech could not get my printer to work, so I still have no printer.
Last year when it happened they got it working and told me it was behind a firewall and that's why it wouldn't work.
I don't know what they did last year to fix it, but they couldn't this week.
I need my printer to work, so does anyone have any suggestions?
