Printer stopped working

May I know whether the firewall settings is set to "I trust this network"?
Please disable AVG Internet Security and check the issue using the below steps.

  • Right-click the AVG icon in the notification area of your Windows taskbar, then in the menu that appears, click the green slider next to Protection is ON.
  • Click OK, stop to confirm that you want to disable all AVG protection.
  • The slider turns red (OFF), and all AVG components are disabled. AVG protection will re-enable automatically the next time you reboot your PC.

Printer stopped, it worked yesterday. The only difference is my firewall setting were changed by an  AVG tech to get my VPN working. I have tried numerous settings to no avail. Frustrated to say the least.
