AVG Ultimate is a bundle package which includes AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure VPN, AVG TuneUp and AVG AntiTrack. 
Among these, AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN could cause a conflict.

I would request you to turn off AVG Secure VPN and verify if the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, proceed to disable firewall in AVG Internet Security and verify. Click this link for steps to disable AVG or individual components.
Please also let us know if you are using a wired or wireless printer.
