Please refer to this article & change the network profile of your AVG Intenret Security from Public to Private.
Also, refer to this article & enable the following AVG Enhanced Firewall system rules:

  1. Allow Windows File and Printer sharing
  2. Allow remote desktop connections to this computer

Let us know if the issue still persists after performing the above troibleshooting steps.

Since I installed AVG antivirus on my computer my Brother printer and will not work.  How do I fix it?

Thanks for replying but when I go to both articles you referenced this is what I get
