Printing a document to PDF

I'm sorry to hear about this, in this case I request you change some AVG Firewall settings. Please open AVG > click internet Security > menu > settings > firewall customize settings > click on system rules > enable all the system rules (if it's not configured). After that, please go to Firewall customize settings again > click on network types > change all the network types to Private. After that, please check if your printer is working fine.

Good day,
ever since installing AGV I cant print a any documents from any document programs like Word, Excell, XPS to PDF. It spools but nothing happens. No error messages come up either.
