Hello Elaine,
You've reached the AVG community support forum.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
First, please try connecting to a different VPN server (preferably one of the Streaming or Torrenting servers) and check if the issue persists.
Second, enable the Mimic VPN protocol in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
Third, enable "Local Device Access" in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > General > Enable/check "Enable local device access when using AVG" feature.
Let us know if the issue still persists after following the above steps.
Now that the VPN has been activated and turned on I'm unable to print to my wireless printer. However, if I turn it off, I have no issues. Please advise.
