We're glad to look into this & help you.
Sometimes, this might happen if the local disk access isn't allowed in AVG Secure VPN program. To check this : 
Open AVG Secure VPN - Menu - Settings - General - Enable local device access by checking it.

Computer is on a VPN, printer is not.   I cannot print.  It should be a simple setting but I cannot find it.  Please help.
