Before we proceed, could you specify whether you're unable to access your wireless printer while your AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN are enabled?
If yes, please refer to this article and make sure that your WiFi network has been added as a 'Trusted network' in your AVG Internet Security.
Also, make sure that the "Enable local device access when using VPN" option is enabled in your AVG Secure VPN.
Let us know if you're still unable to access your wireless printer after following the above steps.
