To download, install, and activate a product, please log in to your AVG Account (https://id.avg.com/sso#/) using the email address associated with your subscription in your Windows PC through any browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Click on "Manage subscriptions" on the "My subscriptions" tile. From there, you can select the relevant subscription, click on "Download," choose the appropriate device, and then click "Continue." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and activation process.

I have previously had AVG coverage for 3 or 4 years [or maybe more.]  About two months ago - August or September 2024, my computer locked up, and I had to go to "The Geek Squad" to get it rebooted, etc.  I seemed to have lost my AVG programs in the process.  I have just purchased a "new" contract with AVG, and I'm wondering if there is anything else I need to do before reinstalling.  
   Also, did I have any PAID Subscription time left on my AVG products.?
I really don't like to talk to a robot when I'm trying to get human being type of advise!!!  I'm 88 years old. I think that effects my cognitive processes!!
