Privacy protection password!

We regret the inconvenience. In older versions of the app, Anti-Theft was connected to the AVG Mobilation portal to allow you to use all tracking and managing options.

From the version 6.x, Anti-Theft is connected to the my.avg.com portal, so that you can manage and track your mobile device from one place.

Note: When you update your AVG AntiVirus for Android to the version 6.x, your mobile device is automatically removed from AVG Mobilation and added to the my.avg.com portal.

We request you to reset your PIN and check if it helps. Steps to reset PIN online:

1. Visit www.my.avg.com
2. Login with AVG MyAccount credentials.
3. You can find device listed.
4. Select device and tap on Settings
5. Tap on Anti-Theft Tab.
6. Enter PIN confirm PIN again.
7. Tap on save to change PIN number for your device.

Moved my sim to an old phone after dropping new one only to be locked out not having know my privacy protection password! Pfffttt! Ive checked my email and this pin doesnt do jack crap! Ive been sent around in circles on my avg anti-theft account trying to remedy this very irratating pain in the ass of a problem!!!! Ha no full stops, all in one big hopelessly dishevelled breath... lol please dose some one actually or had this problem and remedied it!? 🤞🤞🤞

Please be informed that for Anti-Theft service to be working, the following conditions are mandatory:

1. Active data connection on your device.
