Hi there,

after reinstallung WIN7 my encrypted data by AVG privacy protection cannot be opened.
How do I set AVG to open my protected files?

May I ask what message you get while trying to access the encrypted data?
Could you share the screenshot of the message here?

We would like to clarify whether you are referring to the files protected by AVG sensitive data shield or ransomware protection of AVG?

Hi,

problem solved. I had a key stored and running the certificat import assistent somehow opened the files to be accessed.
Message is not coming anymore.

yes i too like avg cleaner and antivirus , it protects my pc from many malware threats.
