AVG Data Safe has been removed with the latest version release.
However, you should get Privacy activated and new option to "retrieve data safe files".

I'm having the same issue. it shows "installing" but goes back to "INSTALL NOW"
There is NO option to retreave data files.
I can't believe I paid for this and now theres thousands of files I cannot access
Internet Security for Win10-64 has updated this morning and the hacker attacks issue seems to have been resolved, but now Privacy/Data Safe is not installed. I have clicked on the Install Now button which then proceeds to show Installing followed by the percentage up to 100%, then revert to not installed. I have done this several times and rebooted to no avail. What is going on?
