My pro-tune up is due for renewal and I do not want to renew this subscription.
I tried to log in and it sent me here.

Upon checking your email address which used to contact us,
the auto-renewal for the AVG TuneUp subscription was already turned off, which means that you will not be charged for renewal once it expires, yet you will be able to use the service by the end of the current period.
