Thank you for your reply. I can't send a ticket from the app section because the free trial version doesn't offer support and so no ticket is available.

I have paid for the pro version of avg cleaner for android. I haven't been sent the license. I have followed all the suggestions recommended by avg support. Any ideas how i can retrieve it?
