hi,
We have a payment gateway site, that is linked to most business and even government sites, namely jccsmart.com and jcc.com.cy
For some strange reason, the last few weeks I am unable to access any of these sites and when redirected to them to make a payment from any other site, I get an error message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.jccsmart.com.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
I can access these sites from my phone without a problem but not from my PCs, I have tried all browsers, but get the same error. I have added these domains as exceptions, but I still have the same problem.
We need to access these sites on a daily basis to complete payments.
I had the same issue and Now it's fixed thanks. I followed the instructions below and it worked for me.
- If you want to stop AVG AntiTrack clearing cookies from certain websites, add these websites to your Allowed websites:
- Click the Allowed websites tile on the AVG AntiTrack dashboard.
- Add a website to your list of Allowed websites using either method below:
- Select a website from the Choose from popular options drop-down menu.
- Enter a website URL (for example www.example.com) into the left text box, then click Add.
- To remove a website from your Allowed websites, click the trash icon in the relevant panel.

hi,
I disabled anti-track but still had the same problem. I then went to the browser protection tab and disabled it for all 3 browsers and the sites are now working.
We have the full version of AVG, as we have a 10 user license, so I cant understand why this started happening just now. Should I completely uninstall anti-track or is there a way to keep it, and still allow me access to the sites I need to access?
We are glad to know that, Ali
Please feel free to reach us again if you need any other help with AVG.
Thank you.
