Problem after i uninstall the avg

i uninstalled avg yesterday and after restarting my pc (windows 10)  i got blue screen of death and error 0xc00000e9 . I tried to restor my pc to previous settings, to repair or even reinstall windows but nothing seems to work. What should i do?
