Hello, I have a problem solving my problem because there is no option to contact AVG technical support, no email and nothing at all… Only redirection to typical topics and the same thing over and over. And I have a specific individual problem, resulting entirely from the AVG website and I am unable to do anything about it because there is no way to get help. Among other things, I cannot get to my payment center tab (the page loads endlessly and then throws an error that it is impossible to get there), I do not know what is happening because subscriptions (which, by the way, I took for a trial period) are taken and automatically subscribed despite the fact that I took them earlier to cancel them. Communication here is some kind of joke. I am writing here even though I do not know if it is not some kind of fake. I tried in every way to find help from these “ready answers to questions and problems” and it did not work. Please help me what should I do about it. And the best way is to contact the support (if there is one) from AVG directly. And it would be best if it was an email and I could explain it in writing because the number of some foreign helpline won’t help me because my English isn’t the best and it certainly won’t solve the problem in this way. Have the same problem, unable to determine how to contact Technical Support. It is now a joke as I have been trying for days.
I am unable to contact AVG , It’s the one place on AVG where my attempt to login is met with the circular thing which only eats up a lot of my time over and over again. I would like see if if their is a double billing problem or if just appeared that way on the bank statement w/regards to pending payments

I like using AVG but they are causing a lot of problems on my Apple credit card. They keep trying to renew on an old credit card and of course it keeps getting declined. After an hour of research I finally found a phone number and called it. Gave them my new credit card number and he sent me a link to pay for it. The amount I paid was a little more than the amount they were trying to charge but I paid it anyway. Now twice this morning they have tried to pay the old amount on my new credit card. Can’t they see that I have paid for the subscription before it was cancelled. I even paid more and they won’t leave me alone. Why do they make it so hard to contact someone and talk with them. Even if they had a live chat that would be ok. I just want them to quit trying to charge my account. If anyone has found a solution to contacting AVG please help.
