I understand the inconvenience. If you are in AVG Internet Security Interface, please click on the "Home" button located on the top left corner. It will take you to AVG Management console (get started AVG management console and click next). You will see the main interface which contains the Password Protection tile. If you see your Email address on the top of AVG Main dashboard, then you should have activated the program correctly. If not please click Connect and activate AVG with your Myaccount credentials.

Hi, I am having trouble understanding how to enable my password protection. I have looked at the instructions but I don't see any Connect button or my email address when I open up the AVG desktop icon. Any advice?
