Hi, i am having the same issue and i followed the steps and im still having the issue.
i just got the antivirus and it displays "Enhanced Firewall is turned off"  and after i click "turn on" button, "Enhanced Firewall not available message" appears.

I am having the same problem. I've tried the steps to "Reset To Default" and restarted, but still have the same message "Enhanced Firewall not available". Any other ideas to solve my problem?

Please follow the below steps & let us know if it helps :
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Troubleshooting (in left pane) - Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option - Restart your computer once.

After updating today, I restarted my pc, but on main page, it displays "Enhanced Firewall is turned off"  and after i click "turn on" button, "Enhanced Firewall not available message" appears.

What can I do it on? again.

Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Troubleshooting (in left pane) - Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option - Restart your computer once.
