I purchased AVG Anitvirus 2016 from IJT Direct. They sent me on 18 November 2016 a link to download the 'trial' version first and then said I should activate my Licence Number. However, when I tried to enter the Licence Number the screen said this new one had expired. What can I do now, please?

If the expired popup appears then you can find an option as "click here" to enter the purchased license number.
Please click on it and enter the license number and click on activate which will install the paid version.
