Problem entering new license number

I purchased AVG Ultimate via express installation, it was installed successfully 02/18/2015.
Today I was notified that it was no longer active because the new license was not activated.
I attempted to enter the new license, but was unable to do so. I need to talk to an AVG
customer service technician.  How can I contact a real live person??
