Problem installation

I purchased 2 years of premium protection (protection, virus etc). I have tried to install per yhour instructions, inclusing removal of the sofrware and re-installation. I finally got through to phone help after 95 minutes wait, only to be told that I would have to pay more money to get help in installing the software. Of course, this is incredibly poor business, and I'm sure that it is not the case. Its a new Dell laptop with Windows 10.  I get to 98% insdtallation, then receie the erro message 0xe001f632, which I was supposed to give to tech support. The woman on the phone did not seem to understand anythning about error codes, I ask for your help. Ive never had a problem installing software like this. Best, Joseph Hilbe.
