Problem installing AVG Free on Windows 10 (64 bit)

Peter, Try downloading & using the full 191 MB off-line install file shown on this webpage (http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-free-all-product).

When trying to install AVG Free on desktop running Windows 10, the following error message appears:

“This program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”


Reinstalling simply regenerates the same error message.  Where should I go?  What should I do?

Thank you Alan.   Finally had some success by installing AVG's Internet Security "Trial Package" - good for another 29 days.
