Unfortunately it take a lot of time because there it higher traffic in T2 queue let me know if it take too much and I try escalate it again.

I have two XP Service Pack 3 machines.

Web TuneUp installed without issue on one but WILL NOT install on the other.

The installer shows that it installs successfully, but I don't get the entry in my Add/Remove programs like I see on the other machine after running the install. Naturally, I don't see the web tuneup reflected in my browser either.

I have tried running the AVG Browser Configuration Tool on the machine where I'm having a problem. I have also uninstalled several pieces of software that were not on the machine where I installed successfully. I've also installed various missing framework updates that were present on the machine where I installed successfully.

I am able to install the AVG toolbar without an issue. Is there something Web TuneUp needs as a prerequsite to install successfully? I know it's Beta. I would really like to use this product but am currently at a loss as to why it will not install on the second machine.

Any help is appreciated.
