Hello Jose,
I see that you have an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer). You may have installed an unlimited device version of AVG which will not have an option to enter license number. Please uninstall the unlimited devices version of AVG as suggested in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen .

Then refer the steps in this article http://avgclick.me/installAVGPCTuneUp to download, install and activate AVG PC TuneUp.

I have reinstalled operating system on my PC.
I save the license you buy but I do not see where to enter it to activate the product.
