Petr,
I regret the inconvenience, this issue shouldn't occur in recent update. Do you have latest version of AVG 18.6?
Are you able to access your sites when AVG is disabled? If so, please get connected with our technical support team: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en via online chat to fix this issue completely.
Hello Aun,
I am sorry to know that.
I request you to reinstall only the online shield component of AVG.
If you are using the AVG Antivirus free program, please open the dashboard and click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components"
To the right you can find online shield and to the right of "Customize" please click on the downward arrow mark where you can find the "Uninstall component" option.
Please click on it and restart the PC. Please get into the same window to install the component.
Restart the PC once after installation and check whether the issue persists in accessing websites.
If the issue persists, do let us know.
I use the latest version of Firefox. I am always up to date in terms of updates.
Look, I am pointing out a serious bug with your software and instead of doing something about it, you are asking me to check everything sundry.
As mentioned, I have done everything possible on my end. i even had the technical support team from my ISP come over as I thought it was a DNS pooling issue on their part. Turns out it wasn't. It is just your software.
Others have complained about it as well - just Google and you will see.
I have wasted enough of my time on it. if you do not do something about it, then i'll just move on to another antivirus software that works.
Aun,
I certainly understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused to you. To analyze the root cause of this issue, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs and a list of websites that you are unable to load.
I have sent you an email with steps on how to collect and upload the data required. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.

Hello Aun,
I would request you to check if the web browser that you are using is an updated version or not. If it is not, please update it to latest available version and check the issue by enabling HTTPS scanning.
I have done the uninstall and the reinstall.
It doesn't resolve the issue.
With https scanning enabled, the pages don't load or load partially and even causes the browser to crash. There is certainly a bug with your code. If you Google the issue you will find that other users have it too and it only came about after the update about 3 weeks ago. My current version is 17.5.3022 and I do not know when this version was updated.
Please fix the issue!
