Yesterday, April 29 at around 14 Italian hour, I sent you according to your instructions, the AVG SysInfo tool with my PC analysis. I note that I have not run the education point 3) as indicated by you finding this possibility, but clicking directly on the "Continue" button following the instruction shown above in the screen of the instrument that says “By clicking the “Continue” button you are agreeing to AVG’s End User License Agreement and Privaci Policy. IF you do not wish to agree to these therms please, press the  “X” button to exit”.  When it appeared the output window, I added in my message and then clicked on the button “Send output”. So far I have not had any confirmation from your side of the reception. I would like to know if my way of working is correct and what else should I do to make you have the information needed to solve my problem. Thank you.
