Problem on start up. Password protection off, have to turn on manually

When I start computer , password protection is not on. I have to turn on manually. I have AVG ultimate

We'd like to inform that this password protection component disable issue has been identified as a bug and our developers are working on a fix.

Until then, we'd request to uninstall AVG using clear tool (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) and install it again.
