I have received 2 invoices from Avg saying my subscription has been renewedforAvg driver update. I have tried to renew my AVG internet security ( covers more than 1 computer) and the AVG driver update. For 2 computers. As I said I have only received 2 invoices neither for AVGinternet security. One computer appears to have downloaded the security. The other seems to have nothing and I can download nothing. I made the 2 payments using different cards but have been given the same license number on both receipts. I got my retrieval requestbut it shows AVG driver update for 1 machine. I have know paid £47.99 twice but not got what I needed which was the internet security for multi device and 2 x AVGdriver update for 2 machines. I am reluctant to sign over more money until I have clarity on what has happened . I need a phone number or email address to get this sorted out -£80+ down and not got cover I require. Can anyone help? Thank you Anna 🏴
