Problem reactivating AVG Tune Up

AVG Tune Up will not reactivate.
My subscription to AVG Tune Up had timed out so I purchased it again.  An order number was sent to me via email (no code was sent)  I downloaded and then installed it. I ran the maintenance program, and when I tried to clean up I was told to purchase the product that I had just installed.
Please help.
