Problem receiving emails in outlook

Hi,I've turned off email shield,and outlook now sends and receives as normal. I'm using avg basic, one year licence.

Sorry I can't work out how to do a screen shot,but tthe update version is (20.2.3116) build (20.2.5130.570).
Are these the details you need?
By the way, everytime I disable the email shield tempararily,outlook works perfectly,and even opens up much quicker.There's obviously a problem with  AVG.

Over the past 8 months I've had random problems receiving emails in outlook. It works sometimes ,and other times it takes several minutes to load ,and sometimes just gives an error message . If I disable AVG email protection temporarily, the problem goes for about half an hour , then returns . Is there a known problem with the email shield in AVG ,and if so when will it be fixed?
