- downloaded the setup file from the link you provided
- and entered the code you provided
- the software would not install with the following message…
Action is not allowed
Currently used product version does not support this installation. Please uninstall current product and start this installation again.
(Error code: 0xe001f98d)
I have tried to uninstall the previous version of AVG but when I try I get the following message…
"An error occurred while trying to uninstall AVG2015. It may have already been uninstalled."
I'm not sure what elese to try . I have paid fofr my renewal licence but am unable to start using it.
Please can you advise.
