Problem renewing my AVG on pc & laptop after my account shows paid

My AVG is asking for a license number and won't update.
I logged into my account and AVG shows it automatically updated on 15 May through Ireland, which is a bit odd. Normally, I am given a chance to upgrade manually. It is all okay, as I did want to update. However, I am not able able to get a license number to enter into my system, so am at a loss.
Please advise.

This product does not require a license number, will get activated using your AVG MyAccount email and password.
