I've subscribed for several years.   Problems on Friday related to Linkscanner.  Had several attempts at resolution with various technicians for around 7 hours over the weeke nd - all tried same things, all failed and am finally told have been escalated to senior level;  contact after 4pm only.  spent 1 hour yesterday watching the chat box telling me a technician would be with be shortly.....gave up;  phoned this morning only to meet a different set of options, none of which appear to be normal technical support.   please please will someone do something so that i can get on with a lot of important things
