Problem with AVG and NZBGet

I'm using NZBGet as a newsgroup downloader and I've added the entire NZBGet folder to AVG's exceptions, but whenever I launch NZBGet, I have to disable AVG for it to be able to access the internet. Any help would be appreciated!
